edcon not helpful with ********** account

I reported a ********** account last year January, to this day the account still appears in my name. I've called edcon numerous times but the matter still isn't resolved , it's one story after the other , even though they've acknowledged that the account was opened **********ly in writing , the account is still in my name. My.crefit score is now low because of that account .
