Edcon group staff member Elize Joubert is the BEST
I submitted my review a few days back about not being to sure what rating to give Edgars. So now here I am... Back to say the following. After my review, a lady from the Edcon group contacted me and within one day she had all the answers for me. She spend her day sorting out my stuff and I have just received an email that I can now submit to Transunion to prove I never had a Edgars account. Elize Joubert, I would like to thank you for going above and beyond to make a difference in one person's life.
This has not gone unseen. Edcon is truly blessed to have you on their team. We'll done to you and from the bottom of my heart. THANK YOU!
