Edcon Edgars your service is very disgusting honestly

I settled my account back in 2017 without closing it, 2019 they said I'm owing on the account, how? I don't know, and I was not working only to find out that the account has now being handed over to Shapiro shaik. I made a payment arrangement with Shapiro shaik attorneys and the account is now settled. I haven't received my paid up letter it's been six months now, Edgars is telling me that they no longer have the account with them, Shapiro attorneys consultants are saying they are waiting for feedback from Edgars to issue the paid up letter... It's a nightmare
