Edcon (Edgards) is refusing to update my profile on ITC.

Hi, Edcon (Edgars) is refusing to remove me on ITC after I have paid them off on the 15th January 2019, I have been asking them to update this profile almost everyday, but it seems as if they are not willing to assist me. the edgars personel said that I can only be removed after 24 months (2 years), they only emailed me a paid up letter that doesn't help me with anything since on my ITC credit report its still appears as if I still owe Edgas. Can someone help me. I thank you.
