edcon complain over 2 years & still uresolved
I had taken out a cellphpone contract at Edcon-Edgars Active-phoenix plaza durban using my Jet store card & earn 8900 point every month for 24 month,total points is ***,I complained many times not resolved more than 2 years, edcon is false promised & miss leading advertisment,I don't have catalog,ref no they changed it also which is ***/GO,the first complain no ***.please I need the points promised or else I will contact retail Ombudsman
