EDCON BLACK LISTING AND THREATENING SMS

I have been making my monthly payments to my edgars account and have been receiving statements normally. Suddenly in may i didnt receive statements and depspite me sending emails of proof of payment i made in June and also calling . I have been receiving threatening emails about my credit accounts. This is completely unacceptable as i am a good paying customer and i have called to advise i made payments i hate being threatened for something i haven't done.
