Edcon/ Anthony & Richards Associates/ VVM

Good day I have an Edgars account of mine that has been handed over to almost 5 if not more companies. Since last year my account was with Anthony and Richards Associates for me to pay my Edgars account with them so I started to pay last year Aug monthly up until to date. Out of the blue I get contacted by VVM attorneys that the very same account is handed over to them without me being informed. I then had to contact myself Edcon and the previous Anthony & Richards Associates seeing that VVM attorneys refused to help me track how and why the Edgars account was with them. So when I got hold of Anthony & Richards Associates they advised that they no longer handling Edgars accounts so my question was since I have been paying through them weren't they supposed to contact me about the changes and furtheremore hand the new balance outstanding on my account to VVM but unfortunately they told me I should either take it up with Edcon or VVM. I did contact Edcon they told me the account is not with them so I should sort it out with the two different companies. I reverted back to VVM for assistance but with failure they hadn't help me. My balance reflecting with Anthony & Richards Associates is R3090.00 and the account is handed over to VVM with an outstanding balance of R3896.67 so I am now expected to pay the account with VVM but now what happens to the other monies that I have already paid with the previous company. This is so frustrating for over two months now with no assistance from any of the three different companies namely Edcon, Anthony& Richards Associates and VVM.
