Edcon and VVM ********

It's been a week and I have still not heard from any of your agents , I have tried to call your debt collectors VVM and that too has been an impossible mission. I will be writing a complaint letter to the Ombudsman as I have exhausted all ways available to me to resolve this matter with Edcon and their **** of debt collectors VVM
