Edcon and RCS Dumb and Dumber no Service games!!!

Edcon was taken over by RCS. It would appear from one useless company to another. My account was paid up and I was told to return the following day as I indicated that I want to close the account.

I returned to Mall of the South and they called and transferred me to someone at head office. I was under the impression that the account was closed.

Not only did I receive a letter from collections for R60.00 today but I have two duplicate records on the ITC database. One shows a huge outstanding amount.

I spoke to a very rude, arrogant and *********** Jonecia today. Please close your lousy account and close all RCS accounts reflecting on your system!!!
