Edcon account closure

Can we please have a 'negative' 5-star rating

I am utterly frustrated and annoyed by the customer service personnel that is appointed at Edcon group. It's been months of attempts with closing their store accounts and they string you along with bills that they can't even justify.

Their communication turn around is NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!

There's this lousy character called Nosipho from their accounts department, calling in or e-mailing with her is just comparable to being mute. She's hardly of help. She lacks the skills to be of service to a estorted paying customer.

They're refusing my refund by purposely delaying the process only to bill me at thee end with the same money they owed me.

I need to close an account as in last year already, I'M FED UP!!!!!
