Edargs online don't deliver after multiple promises

After 6 week, and a lot of excuses I still havent received my ESSENTIAL clothes. They also stop answering my emails. I know these times is challenging, but really 6 weeks??? I was promised 21 days...then another 7, then another 3-5. Well still nothing. HORRIBLE service no wonder they are bankrupt.
