****ed That my Account Isn't Closed Till now

On the 20th of July I sent an email to *** as advised at the store requesting permanent closure of the account, I received an automated response. Since then I haven't heard anything from the besides constant marketing mail and vouchers.

I do not want a voucher I want to close the account and I damn well wont be paying any admin fees that arise from your felt in response as per as stated on the email.

Just Close my Damn Account !!!
