They sold me an add on parent cover in 2005 . In March was told accidentally they will not pay if my brother died.demanded a refund.they made an offer of 4000, then 5913.I refused.wrote to faisombud. Then they upped offer to 9013 through business partners iua business solutions which i accepted.have forwarded my I'd and bank on more than 3 occasions.As of today , the amount not paid.its been more than 5 months .not to mention they debited my account with a legal and dental plans without my authority . with the help of their staff Vanessa Phalatse the dental and legal plans reversed.
