****ED!!!!!

So here’s the deal! Edgar’s url a bunch dam *****! The worst customer service I could have ever received in my entire ****en life! I ordered clothes on the 4th of May, it got delivered a month later with 10 items short! When I called in to ask when am I getting refunded , I was told it takes 48hrs as I bank with FNB. To my surprise I weren’t refunded! I called in again and was told it takes 3-5 working days! Samething happened again ! No refund! Called in for the 3rd time and was told that this time it takes 14 working days! Anyway 14 days came and went! It’s now passed 20 working days and still no ****en refund! So you can understand my frustration at this time! I am highly ****ed and very annoyed! I’m actually on the line now with another agent that had been on hold for the past 15 minutes!! All I ****en want is my money back! And if I don’t get it back trust and believe that this is not the end of me!!! ***- my refund is about R1749.50...
