E-Mail Statement Fuss
I emailed to Mohamed Jamaludien on Tue 12/05/2015 04:10 PM to request backdated statements as they were not being sent properly. I specifically asked for this to be looked into. unfortunately this hasn't happened and I haven't received any statement since the last request. it seems as if Edcon pays lip service to saving trees by opting for electronic statements as they neither send post nor e-mails. <br> <br> May someone please solve this underlying problem or is Edcon too indebted to do anything about the issue?<br> <br>
