E mail

I sent an e-mail to Edgars collections with a proof of payment of my wife's account. I requested that the ACCOUNTS MANAGER explain why a letter was sent claiming no payment was made by the 1st of the month, when payments were made before the beginning of the month. Phumeza confirmed payment. This is NOT in compliance with my straight forward request!!!! Her ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS EXTREMELY POOR & PATHETIC & she requires EXTENSIVE TRAINING therein!!!!!
