Doubled billed for the same month

Good day I've received statements every months with my balances never coming down.I see that my accounts are duplicated(Eg.Dentl or legal plan)billed twice for the same date.I don't understand because i pay every month the installments due.

Who can I get to call me in this regard?Everytime I go into the store I get told they can't help me and get put on a phone with someone who doesn't seem to understand what's going on.
