Double pricing standards
I bought a Fox hoodie at Edgars with the 30% off most wanted brands at R899, when i got to the till they said it is not on sale I was not happy and ended up taking the item anyway. When i checked online the hood was in fact marked down to R629.97. I have sent a complaint to customer care more than a week ago and have not received feedback. Any person with eyes in their head can see that those two jackets are the same and that the online store was selling it at a different price I have attached all the information photos till slips to prove my point.
I want the item to be the same as the online store as both the department store and online shop was running the 30% off most wanted brands.

15 Jun 2018, 10:56Yes you did try and phone me during peak traffic hours, the store was Vaal Mall and your customer care email has all the details all the slips and pictures has been sent. till this day there was no feedback from you customer email address. So how do i send the pictures to you because a phone call will not provide evidence.

20 Jun 2018, 11:10Thank you for clearing this up, that it is better to shop online as it comes directly from the supplier. And that you would also pay more in store as it is not directly from the supplier. Now it makes sense why rather to shop online than in store.
