Double charges, refuses to explain

I had a look on my statements, and saw I was being charged two amounts for account protection plans.<br> I tried to email them to the email addresses on their website on the 14th October, but no response.<br> I then also a day or two later log a query on their website, but still no response.<br> On the same day, I also logged a query to change my address, to this I received a response.<br> So they did get my website query, they are just refusing to explain themselves.<br>
