Double charged

I bought from Khiels with my card - when I check my bank statement it was double debit <br> I went to the shop, spoke to a guy called Given and showed them my bank statement and he said I will be paid by Wednesday - I asked him to take the bank statement and he said he doesn't need it <br> Come Wednesday - I'm told to send bank statement - I sent it I haven't received any response <br> All I want is my money back not to be sent from pillar to post
