Doube deduction

<p>On the 11th of September I went into an Edgers store to pruchase chino pants worth R300. When I went to pay, they ran the transaction but for some reason there was a system error but the amount got deducted from my account. They couldnt process whatever they wanted to process and they ran AGAIN the transaction and an amount of R300 was deducted yet again. I was fine with it as I was promised that the previous R300 deducted will be reversed by Xolisile Mbanjwa, the cashier. She spoke to a manager and the manager said I should write down my numbers on a slip and they will call me to see if the amount was reversed or not. Its Wednesday and I still have not received a single call. I purchased a pants worth R300 for R600. I dont appreciate how you are told to be called and nothing happens. I want my refund back or else Il take it further, I deal with customers and customers expect promises they receive.</p>
