Don't waste your time or money with Edgars

So i placed an online order at Edgars on the 24th March 2020...I log on today and see that Edgars has debited my account 3 times for this order...We are currently in a lock down so i cant go to any branch to sort this out...I am beyond the incompetence showed by Edgars to me over the last 2 years.
