Don't understand why they cant increase limit

Have been getting messages on statements for many months now that my limit can be increased by 3000 . Sent all the documents now they declined increase. I don't understand why as we have been loyal customers for many years and never recieved increase . On my other accounts i recieve increases every other month even without all the drama of sending all the documents etc!!!

Just cant understand why increase is denied as i know lots of people who have smaller income than us and they dont have edgars accounts as long as me but they have higher limits and we always pay our account usually more than the instalment required!!!
