DONT TRUST EDGARS WITH ONLINE SHOPPING - Purchase has been marked as delivered but they cant tell me who they delivered to. The courier they use doesn't have a tracking system

On the 12th June I order R1700 aprox worth of goods from Edgars online. I was told it would be delivered within 5 days. I have checked my online account and it states that it has been delivered on the 19th June. I phone there customer service to inform them that they haven't delivered it to me, and can they supply me with POD. They say they cant do that immediately, they first have to investigate it and there courier which was used doesn't have a tracking system. I then get a call stating that my order was cancelled. I ask by who, they cant say! So I say, in the case please credit my account with the purchase that was cancelled. They say they cant do that either cause the a parcel was delivered to me on the 19th June!!! I feel like I am in for a long battle with *********** people who are going to try make me pay for a purchase I never received and from my conversations with the customer line, as far as they concerned, I must just be patient and wait for them to investigate it. Total unacceptable as I have to pay interest and etc on this purchase till Edgars find out what happened to my purchase with there courier that doesn't track parcels... This sounds all very *****. Edcon, I know you battling to keep the doors open due to your incompetence in a whole. But I assure you, I will not pay a cent towards my account until I get answers on were my purchase is or you credit my account!
