Don't purchase a fone from Edgar's!!!!

I bought a MTN locked fone from Edgar's ,the speaker was not clear and I took it in for an exchange. It was inspected by a Edgars consultant and to my surprise i was told the fone will be booked in for repairs and i have to wait 21 days . Edgar's policy does not take the customer into consideration. I purchased a new fone because i need the fone to work, im left without a fone and losing out on customers.. Just because i decided to purchase a faulty fone from Edgar's!! As per consumer protect act I would like a new fone or my money back!!!!!
