DONT ORDER ONLINE FROM EDGARS

Dont ever order anything online from Edgars , if it doesnt fit they refuse to refund it back to your credit card instead issue you with a gift card, phoned Edgars online told them it doesnt fit they said you have to return it to a store , went to blue route mall waiting 20 minutes for a Manager only to be told he needs proof i paid for it and he has to phone edgars online and they are now closed, I gave him my Invoice I had printed and he argued further and said he needs them to confirm it, so I said how would I then have received the goods if I didnt pay for them??? I even went on to my internet Banking, this went on for 40 minutes whereby eventually I just said give me the Voucher so I can get home. I will never ever order or shop from them again.
