Dont open an Edgars account

I am without words....never ever open a Edgars account you will never be able to close it. Last year on the 27th Oct 2020 i paid off my account and i emailed Edgars that i would like to do so. I have not hear from them until today the 10th Feb 2021. Dont get me wrong i have had numerous phone calls from them wanting to know how i am going to pay the adim fees that hace accumulated on my account since October. Everytime i tell them the same story and no one can help me. One guy Owen gave me a number for head office and i phone them an eventually got ahold of someone that said he can help me and will phone me back the next day at 16:00. Never happend i think his name was Fazel. I would like Edgars to phone me anytime after 14:30 during the day and please assist me just to close my freakin account. I am not going to pay the amount due as i have already said i closed my account on the 27th Oct 2020 last year according to me.
