DONT EXPECT SERVICE

Have been trying to access the Edgars website for several months now. I get a phone call my account is in arrears - which I was expecting. But for the last 6 months NO STATEMENTS. We get an email saying statements will be emailed but then nothing. After numerous requests they eventually send me a few statements today which I paid immediately. Then trying to acccess the website - no go - I fill in the email address when you forget your password and they say you will receive a link to reset your password - FORGET IT - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. SO now I phone customer service to reset my password - guess what - you cant speak to customer service if your account is in arrears. This is the final straw - I am closing my edgars account - they are useless.
