Don't ever take out an Edgards account

I've spent more than an hour trying to cancel my account, given the same numbers over and over again. When I call the number the operators give me the number I've just dialed. One even gave me a number that doesn't even exist anymore. My account has been paid in full and yet I still get chargers every month just to tell me I still owe on my account because I have to apparently pay for a policy that's mandatory. I am so disgusted in this place, can't believe this is what Edgards has become. I will never set foot in this place ever again
