Don't Buy at Edgars

After 35 years of an interest free account, my account was suddenly changed to being interest bearing and I was charged interest in November on an expense that was undertaken when the account was still interest free. I requested help by e-mail but got no response. Then Edgars sends an SMS saying they made a mistake and they have R 100 for me. When I called, they said no error, I am mistaken. I have closed the account.
