Don't buy anything online from edgards. i don't know who's running there online store but who that is , they doing a really bad job. No communication nothing. I want my money back.

i placed an order on the 1st of May 2020, on the 15th when i released that my order still has the same status and don't being processed, i asked for a refund. I got a reference for the cancellation of the order on the 15th and was advised that the process can take up to 48 hours. We on the 7th day now and i haven't received any feed regarding the cancellation of the order and my refund. This is really draining and all i want is my money back. Today i woke up to a very shocked email that my order is being processed. i don't want the goods anymore that's why i cancelled the order. i want my money back. The only communication i want from edgards is communication regarding my refund.
