Don't ever take advise from an Edgars call centre.

In December I decided to call the experts in the edgars call centre to assist on helping me change from a 6 to over to a 12 month account. Needless to say this was to brain energy consuming to carry out such a simple task. So a month goes by I get a statement and still the payment reflects a 6 month account. Then I had to literally go into a store to ask the clerk to call the call centre to correct it. On that day can't recall when exactly it was corrected. I paid my account and all was well again. So the next month, again the same thing occurs. I get a call advising me I'm in arrears??? HUH!!! so by now I am pretty much ****ed off. I call into the call centre again and the agent tells me after I told him/her the account is due today but has not been switched over to 12 month yet, and ask should I pay the account as due today. I get told not to pay but pay tomorrow as the system will update etc etc... So not only did this bad advise be given once but twice as I recall as always issues on my account. As a result of this advise I'm told I have a bad ITC record. ie DON'T PAY YOUR ACCOUNT JUST YET MR. HOLT. WAIT UNTIL THE SYSTEM UPDATES & PAY AFTER IT UPDATES LOL. JOKES ON ME RIGHT
