Does Edgars not need us as customers?

Getting more disappointed i have been a customer for many years and have always chose to be on a 6month interest free account, after afew times of being charged interest on different transactions and complaining it was sorted now, few days ago i did a purchase online and now when i got my statement seen i was charged interest on an online transaction, when i called to query i was informed no interest free transactions for online purchases, i am shocked, i asked the consultant what if i only want to buy but interest free, i was told then dont buy online only go instore to buy. Does it make sense? Does Edgars not value there customers?
