DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Opened my account 3 months ago, was promised R 1750.00 worth of vouchers, most of these have not formalised and when I ask about them I have been told that I can only use the ones I have been sent, the others have expired so I cannot use them, even though these were supp**** after they expired. Catch 22 don’t you think, or is this just Edcon ******** the South African community ?

Typical, ******* s what they are. I have stood at Edgars Mall of Africa on numerous occasions, for a total of about 5 hours to sort this out, no one has assisted and no one seems able to assist.

Now trying to cancel my club membership and they blatantly refuse to acknowledge me, so I have to pay for this thing monthly that I do not use. Dislike this company with the passion. DO NOT TRUST THEM, especially Joseph Gabie!!!!!!
