Do NOT purchase you mobile phone from Edgars
The back-up service is bad to very bad. I purchased a Mobile phone on 15th January. It was in twice for repaid that took 7 of 9 months only to finally be told it would cost me R1 200. to fix, payable in advance. I eventually got the phone back and out local phone shop repaired it for R50.oo while I waited.

Be warned. Edcon broke my heart over the repairs to my mobile phone. I now deal directly with a phone shop and get great service.

I will never set foot into a EDCON shop again.
