Do not open an Edgars account!! You will be making the biggest mistake of your life!

So i placed an online order with Edgars on the 5th of May. They said online that there orders are going to take 3 weeks to process and deliver which is totally understandable due to the lockdown. 3 weeks passed and I still haven't heard anything from them. On the 4th of June i recieved an email saying that my order is on its way to me...On the 9th of June the order changed online that it was out for delivery. I have still not received my order and when i phone the customer centre they can't tell me where my order is. This is becoming really frustrating that i have to come on to hellopeter every month to write a review about Edgars so that i can get service...Rather open a Trueworths or Woolworths account!!
