Do not ever get a Edgars account

i have a Joined Edgars account with my wife and it was settled and paid up full every month i get i statement with a jet club fee i entered the branch to sort this out and cancel my account and they did not because one of the cards was not present. My wife phoned again this month because of a jet club fee again on the account the lady said she need to sort it out with jet club because they are not part of edgars now how the hell can they put it on my edgars account then. we did not give approval for. upon phoning jet club they told my wife they can not cancel it they need to speak to me i was not present but its a FREAKEN joint account... Edgars is a bunch of ******** and i will not refer anyone to them im fed up now. a lot of emails and phone calls and nothing
