Do not buy Red Square products on line!!!

I've waited more than 3 weeks for a Red Square Order to be delivered to me. I am still waiting... Multiple call center agents have promised me that they'll get back to me which never happened. Thapelo Matoase promised that the order will be delivered and ....I'm still waiting. I've however gotten hold of another call center agent (Given) and asked her to have the order cancelled and credit card reversed as this was a birthday gift for my wife and can't wish her happy birthday empty handed. PATHETIC SERVICE....will never buy from them again.
