disturbingly bad service

Ii went to centurion edgras on friday. When went to pay I said I want to pay cash but want to use my thank u points from my acc. I was told I could only use the points if its on account. We decided that I will put on account just to use my points and then pay the acc after that. I spent over 1500 and edgars had aspeial if u spend over 650 u get a free bag. The teller Hector cashed everything and then the lady next to him said doesn't the customer get the free bag and then he was all lost as he wasn't aware of this promotion. Now I wanted to be quick at edgars as I needed to get my son from creche. So it took a while for someone to come assist. Now they take out everything and start reversing and now time is going and I said to them I am in a hurry. I even said to the guy helping hector that also everytime we buy from this store we always have an issue where they donremove the tag from the items. But all this guy did was make an excuse for the teller. It was already so alte so ked them to cancel everything but they said they almost done.once done.I asked did u use the thank u points and the answer was no and now they wanted to revesres again so I said but I am already so late so I c
