Dissatisfied customer service

I tried to EXCHANGE an item for size, unfortunately the person that I purchased this for removed the tag but I still had it on the day of trying to exchange. They tried to help but eventually refused as there was marks. I mentioned that this wasnt as it didnt fit but refused to exchange. Unsatisfactory customer service especially as it was an exchange and not requesting a Refund.
