Dissatisfied customer

I bought 2 Levi"s on promo,.one of 2 jeans doesn't not fit. I tried to exchange on Monday 22 July 2024 and I was told that promo Items can only be changed during promo and after promo items bought can no longer be changed. I left and returned the following day after I read the back of my purchase slip that says bought items can be returned thin 30days and doesn't say anything about items on promo. I spoke to Rustenburg mall Edgars manager and told in my face that she can't assist me and I report her anywhere I like or I can call head office if I like.
