How come my account has been blocked without informing me after my balance is zero and don't owe anything. Yesterday 03/12/2017 i went to one of your shop's Fourways Mall to buy stuff only to find out when my card was swipe the lady told me the account been blocked i can use it only after 5years seriously. It was a total embarrassment for me and disappointment for my kids. If this is the case i might as well closed the account
