dissatiftion

i would like to know when my daughters tablet will be coming as they always tell us to come back "Ram will deliver as was delivered at the mall of the North , we dont even live thats side.My daughter studies with the tablet and we were willing to pay the R500.00 but nothing as yet went to edgards Tshepiso at chris hani tried to assist but she promised would call back at 17.00,we never received a call.. This is not good customer service and people shouldnt be treated like that i still await till today for the tablet.
