Dissappointed Customer

the most embarrassing part of life, receiving a call saying you have not paid your account and by when will you make payment. my dads account was settled in and he kept receiving a call from the call centre stating that he has not paid in the account and demanding him to pay. we had records stating that the account was paid. But they could not find records of the account, however we went into the store and after few days they have located the paper trail as to the account being paid up. To date we have not even received an apology. its very sad due to my dad being a long term customer ,we are even having second thoughts about purchasing from Edgars .
