DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!

I am so disappointed with the service from edgars collections department. I asked to settle my account and they told me to wait for Normbisset, a company belonging to Absa bank because I have a debit order arrangement with them. "I cannot make any payments before those attorneys call me since they (Edgars) don't have their contact details". I've been waiting for Normbisset call since last week Saturday!!!!. I don't want any installments!!!! I want to settle my account!!!!!!
