dissapointed

i have a problem regarding with the company i worked there permanent for 8mnths i signed everything not knowing the payroll didnt even check if i was contributing provident fund.when i leave the company i was shocked that i never contributed anything and i did a follow up they say its not their problem after all the customer service and the giving good customer service i think i dont deserve to go empty handed and it was not mi fault its apayroll fault i think its unfair as well im very dissapointed with their outcome of their services towards their employees so i wont recommend anyone to wrk there
