dispute

hello Peter.<br> Please assist me.on the 12/04.2016 i went to edgars campus square to buy on my account but was advise that i have no credit, i was shocked because i know i had R2500 credit balance available, so i phoned the custeomer service and they advised that my account was used on the 09/04/2016 at edgards hemmingways easten cape for amount of R2 535. on that day i was at work Auckland park jhb. on the 13/04/2016 i went to edgards jabulani mall to report the matter, they completed the forms for me and sent me to maponya mall to assist me futher as their systems was not working, at maponya they faxed the forms to dispute department, so they could advise how long the matter will take to resolve as they dont have the numbers for dispute department. i just was to know how long it will take and the number for dispute department. i never lost my card or id
