Dishonest and Unquestionable Business Practices on store accounts

Have an Edgar's Account. Last month received my statement and it confirms the total balance due Paid that amount This month new statement comes through, I wasn't even going to open it thinking that the full amount is paid Opened it anyways and my balance is 4cents Don't know where this 4 cents got generated from but it is now due Called the call centre and they are terrible, they can't tell me how 4cents magically appeared despite me paying the amount due that was in my statement which they sent to me.

Just a **** so that they can generate more interest and service fees over time

Absolutely no ethics in this company.

Going to pay my 4cents, close my account and never ever visit Edgar's or any affiliate stores ever again
