Disgustingly poor service
I visited the Kimberley branch today and have never experienced such abysmal service from any other Edgars in the country. Congrats Kimberley, you are officially the worst store by far!<br> Not only did I have to wait for 25 min to be assisted at the tills by a rude and *********** cashier, who might I add does not deserve a job, but the air conditioning was also broken. When I asked to see the store manager I was told by this very rude creature that there was no manager. Later I was told that the manager is Andrew, no surname. Andrew was no where to be found. As far as I am concerned Andrew needs to find a new career. Managing a retail store is far to complicated for him.
