Disgusting service from edgars

About +/-3 weeks ago I had paid off my edgars account, because I want to close it. I tried closing immediately at the edgars active in musgrave centre but when they had put me through to the jhb branch. The lady whom assisted me advised she cannot do it today as it takes 24hrs to reflect on their side but I she would call me the next day to close it. It's now 3 weeks gone and NOBODY has contacted me. Here's the thing about edgars... if you are 5days late in paying your account, they call you, message you and harass you. But now that I've fully paid it and want to close it nobody has called me to assist.
